Payment
PayPal – these payments are immediate, so we can get to work on your print.
Delivery
USA Customers:
Standard postage to the USA is via Snapfish and the US Postal Service. Please note that this MAY include an invoice for the cost of the printing. Snapfish will NOT send to PO boxes. UPS tracking number will be provided when an order is dispatched.
Australian Customers
Standard postage to the Australia is via Snapfish and/or Big W and the Australian Postal Service. Please note that this MAY include an invoice for the cost of the printing. Snapfish/Big W will NOT send to PO boxes. Tracking number will be provided when an order is dispatched if made available.
Non-USA Customers:
Orders are shipped in rigid cardboard envelopes and protected in plastic sleeves to prevent damage. We post to your shipping address so make sure it’s correct!
We offer regular and registered postage options. Regular postage is NOT tracked and we are not responsible for items that go missing during shipping.
Prints that are returned to us due to non-delivery will be resent once a customer has paid for shipping costs again.
If you have not received your print after 10 WORKING DAYS of your item being shipped, please check with your local post office. Due to the size of the envelope, some items are returned to the post office because they cannot be delivered. We suggest that international customers allow up to 15 working days for delivery.

Refunds
We know you’re going to love your OutlineArt print.
However, if for any reason you aren’t satisfied, we will refund 100% of the purchase price under the following conditions:
– Item is returned to us (in Australia) undamaged within 14 days of receipt.
– Buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.
– Full refunds will be given if the order has not been processed with the printers.
Custom orders will be refunded 50% of the purchase price if the above conditions are met in order to cover the cost of design fees. Standard orders will be refunded the full purchase price minus shipping costs.
If your prints arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. If we are satisfied that the damage has been caused due to a packaging error, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no cost.
We do not offer refunds on digital items (cards, prints, etc).

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
